If you read the policy i think you have cleared
But if you not here are several things you need to read very carefully before doing any thing to AdSense.

A click fraud is done by one host user of website using AdSense ads.when he/she in order to boost his/her earnings try to click his/her own ads.
i have told this in concised words.

"Never click your Own ads."

Note:Google always records the Ip address of the user visiting the site and clicking on the ads.
If you are doing this Google will see you 10-15 days if you are very smart.If you think you have dodged Google and make even 200$ in month.When you will request your payment Google software will take a closer look and may disable your account.
Note once your account is disabled there is only 1%(or less) chance that your account is reinstated.

OK following are the main reason(s) that why an account is disabled
If you receive this mail.

As we all know that adsense is very popular to all of us,So the keyword value got higher. People started to make fool to adsense. A technique commonly referred s “AdSense Arbitrage” or “Garbitrage” came into being. People created the pages to show AdSense ads Known as MFA(Money for AdSense) And don't put relevant content and derive traffic to Site. This termed named as“Divert and Convert”. Some people cashed 6 digit annual revenue for doing AdSense Arbitrage.

So AdSense made it a policy violation.

This is what written in policy.

1. No ad will be displayed on the non content based pages.
2. No Google ad may be placed on pages specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether Page has non relevant based content.

Following Are some quickies to avoid to be disabled by reason that i described above

1. Keep updating you site.Your site should have three or 5 pages and relevant content.provide people what they want(Don`t make a joke of your site.)
   
2. Keep some rss feeds on your site.this automatically upgrades your page with new news.
3. Keep updating some new articles about specified Keyword(You are using).
4. Keep updating your site after three or five days.

As you can see i used the word"Keep updating" 4 times.
Believe me its the best way to avoid an upcoming mail i described above.

In 2004-5 click fraud became a very big headache to advertiser and Google.and google decided to deal it with zero tolerance.So they implemented the plan and reports are indicated that every click from your own Ip address either by you or anyone are non revenue generating clicks and account will be blocked forever immediately forever.

This mail comes up when you click ads from your own ip address and login to your AdSense account.

But don't do it
